Habakkuk 3:18-19

¹⁸I will still sing to thank the Lord!
I will be happy because God is the one who makes me safe.^[a]
¹⁹The Lord God causes me to be strong.
He makes my feet run safely over the rocks and hills,
like a deer's feet.

This prayer is for the music leader. He must use stringed instruments.

3:18 Habakkuk says this: Whatever happens he will still praise the Lord. He knows that God still has authority to rule! So he will still praise the Lord, even when bad things are happening.
